Consultancy services are offered and provided to colleges and training providers - looking to develop and implement quality training programmes and solutions.Working with leaders, senior managers and delivery teams; together we plan and develop a curriculum and delivery model that will not only satisfy Ofsted and ESFA requirements, but exceed your customers' and learners' expectations.We will pick apart current delivery models and business strategies to identify what works and were efficiencies can be made. I believe that quality is the cornerstone of a good training programme or apprenticeship. It takes strong leadership and an eye for detail to ensure quality processes meet the needs of learners and customers. Both qualities come as standard in my services.I am experienced and committed to offering services in both internal quality assurance (IQA) and external quality assurance (EQA). I work with delivery teams to improve resources, develop efficient processes and standardise teaching, assessment and feedback. End Point Assessment
End point assessment services are provided to EPAOs in both the delivery and development of EPA solutions. I have worked with various EPAOs to design and develop complete end point assessment processes including policies, procedures, operations and activities. We work together to identify the demands of each assessment plan; creating workable solutions that save time, save money and offer== unrivalled customer satisfaction ==.I have also carried out an extensive number of assessments across a range of apprenticeship standards. Strong experience as an end point assessor, a Lead EPA and an EPA Quality Manager with competence in sectors including business, digital and IT, leadership and management.
Delivery
In some cases, I continue to keep my hand in a range of on-programme delivery services. The learner is always at the heart of my delivery; I look at the bigger picture and support not only their development but their wellbeing and future aspirations.
